After the first three months, you can cancel anytime.

Minimal equipment is needed. Most trainings use bodyweight, light/medium/heavy dumbbells or resistance bands — accessible to all fitness levels. 

The rest of your own personal workouts,you do in a gym.

No stress at all. All sessions are pre-recorded and accessible on your own time,even the Live sessions will be recorded if you cannot attend.
