1. Introduction
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern the use of all websites, products, services, memberships, programs, consultations, digital downloads, and one-on-one or group offerings provided by Soul Led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen (“the Company”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
By purchasing, accessing, or using any of our offerings—free or paid—you (“the customer”, “you”, “your”) confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms in full.
If you do not agree to these Terms, you must discontinue use of the Company’s website, services, and products.
If any part is unclear, you may contact us at [email protected] and mark the subject line with “Terms”. You will receive a reply within 2 business days.
2. License & Permitted Use
When purchasing, downloading, or accessing any of the Company’s products, you are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to use the materials for your own learning and development.
All content—digital products, coaching materials, videos, written documents, techniques, concepts, systems, and curriculum—is fully protected by copyright and is the exclusive property of the Company.
You are not permitted to:
- copy, distribute, sell, share, forward, rent, or publish any content
- share login details or allow others access to your purchased content
- use the Company’s materials in your own business, teaching, coaching, or programs
- claim ownership of the Company’s intellectual property
Publicly accessible information may be quoted if proper credit is given:
“Source: Soul Led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen.”
You must be 18 years or older to purchase or participate in our programs.
3. Services Offered
The Company provides:
Online Services (Global)
- Cosmic Glow Up School – a 12-month membership with a 3-month minimum commitment lock in.
- 1:1 Cosmic Glow Up Sessions via Zoom, including:
• Fitness & Lifestyle
• Mindset
• Beauty / Style - Online style, hair, and makeup analysis for female entrepreneurs
3.1. Terms for Physical Hair & Makeup Services (Norway)
3.2. Service Description
Physical hair and makeup services are offered for female entrepreneurs who need professional styling before brand photoshoots, events, or business-related content creation. These services are delivered in person at the agreed location.
3.3. Booking & Payment
- All physical services must be paid in full in advance to secure the booking.
- Payment confirms the appointment and acceptance of these terms.
- Bookings without completed payment are considered not confirmed.
3.4. Pricing
- All prices provided in advance are estimates based on the information given by the customer.
- Final price may vary depending on:
- additional services requested on the day
- extra time required due to hair length, density, or complexity
- makeup complexity
- The customer will be informed if an adjustment is necessary.
3.5. Travel & Location
- The customer covers all travel expenses, including:
- mileage (government standard rate)
- tolls
- parking
- ferry or public transport if applicable
- For long-distance bookings, accommodation may be required and must be covered by the customer.
3.6. Preparation Requirements
The customer must ensure:
- clean, dry hair upon arrival
- cleansed and moisturized skin
- arrival at the agreed time
Failure to meet preparation guidelines may reduce the quality of the result or require more time (additional charge may apply).
3.7. Cancellations & Refunds For Business Clients
- Cancellations must be made a minimum 72 hours (3 days) before the appointment.
- Cancellations made later than 72 hours are non-refundable.
- No-shows are fully non-refundable.
- If the customer arrives late, the remaining time will be used, but the session may not be extended due to other clients coming after.
Cancellations & Refunds Private Clients ( in salon)
- Cancellations must be made a minimum 24 hours (1 day) before the appointment.
- Cancellations made later than 24 hours are charged 50% of the original service booked.
- No-shows are charged 50% of the original service booked.
- If the customer arrives late, the remaining time will be used, but the session will not be extended because of other bookings.
3.8. Rescheduling
- Rescheduling is allowed once if requested more than 72 hours in advance.
- Rescheduling with less than 72 hours’ notice is treated as a cancellation.
3.9. Illness or Emergencies (Force Majeure)
If the stylist becomes ill or is prevented from delivering the service due to events outside her control:
- the appointment will be fully refunded or
- rescheduled to a new date
The customer cannot claim additional compensation.
3.10. Hygiene & Safety
- The stylist maintains strict hygiene standards and uses clean tools and professional products.
- The customer must inform the stylist of any allergies or sensitivities before the appointment.
- The Company is not liable for reactions caused by undisclosed allergies or medical conditions.
3.11. Photos & Content
The stylist may ask permission to take photos or short videos of the finished hair/makeup for portfolio use in all marketing including social media channels.
- The customer has full right to decline.
- Consent must be explicitly given and the stylist will only use it if consent is given.
3.12. Results Disclaimer
Hair and makeup results may vary based on:
- skin texture
- hair type
- lighting conditions
- environmental factors
No outcome can be guaranteed to match inspiration images exactly.
3.13. Liability
The Company is not responsible for:
- delays caused by the customer
- dissatisfaction related to a customer’s unrealistic expectations
- makeup longevity affected by weather, perspiration, or skin condition
- reactions due to undisclosed allergies
3.14. Termination of Former Collaboration
The previous collaboration with Wolles is officially ended.
All services, bookings, payments, and policies moving forward are exclusively handled by Soul Led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen.
3.15. Governing Law
These terms follow Norwegian law, and disputes may be handled by the Norwegian Conciliation Board (Forliksrådet).
4. Target Audience
The Company’s online services are intended for:
- Entrepreneurs & Online businesses.
- Global clients
- Individuals aged 18+
5. Payment Terms
- Payment is required upfront before booking or receiving services.
- Payment may be made through Stripe, Klarna (via Stripe), or invoice issued through Fiken.
- All card transactions are encrypted via SSL.
- If Klarna is used, an additional fee applies and is paid by the customer.
Right of Withdrawal & Refunds
- The Company offers a 7-day open purchase (right of withdrawal) unless the product includes:
- immediate digital access,
- astrologically personalized content, or
- custom work that has already begun.
- After 7 days, no refunds are granted.
- For digital products with instant access, the right of withdrawal does NOT apply.
Astrology-Based Services
For astrology readings or any service requiring birth details:
No refunds are given once preparation work has begun.
6. Delivery of Services
- 1:1 services are delivered via Zoom.
- Digital programs are delivered through Kajabi.
- Astrology sessions and beauty/styling analysis require customer information on birth date details 7 days in advance.
- The Company does not record Zoom 1:1 sessions.
- Customers may record sessions for personal use only.
- Group calls may be recorded and shared with participants.
7. Cancellation Policy
- 1:1 sessions must be cancelled minimum 7 days in advance.
- Sessions cancelled with less notice are forfeited and non-refundable.
- Missed sessions (no-shows) are non-refundable.
- Within programs, 1:1 sessions may be rescheduled only within the same week and only if applicable to that program’s structure.
8. Membership Terms – Cosmic Glow Up School
- The membership requires a minimum 3-month commitment.
- If you join on the 29th of a month, you must cancel by the 29th of the second month to end after the 3rd month.
- Membership continues month-to-month unless cancelled.
- Members from the founding round keep their founding price as long as they remain active members.
- If you leave and return later, the current standard pricing applies.
- Access to the membership ends when your subscription ends.
- If you decide to leave after the 12 month journey in the cosmic glow up school you can cancel your subscription one month in advance before the school is finished. This only applies if you are in the end of the program and have been through the 12 month journey.
9. Results Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
You understand and accept that:
- The Company does not guarantee results, income, physical or mental transformation, or success.
- Results depend on your own effort, circumstances, decisions, embodiment and actions.
- The Company is not a healthcare provider, therapist, or traditional business advisor.
- You are fully responsible for your own decisions and outcomes.
- The Company is not liable for:
- financial losses
- business outcomes
- personal or interpersonal issues
- lack of expected results
To make any claim regarding lack of results, you must document that you:
- completed all program assignments
- attended all group calls
- attended all 1:1 sessions
- followed all steps, tools, and recommendations
10. Confidentiality
All 1:1 sessions, messages, emails, and private client information are strictly confidential.
Group sessions may contain personal business or personal information from other participants.
You agree to complete confidentiality during and after the program—indefinitely.
Sharing any information about other participants is strictly prohibited.
11. Intellectual Property
All content—courses, methods, names, materials, frameworks, videos, and written work—is owned exclusively by the Company.
You may not:
- copy, reproduce, sell, or distribute content
- use content in your own coaching or business
- claim ownership of Company IP
Violation may result in legal action and termination of access without refund.
12. Vacation Periods
The Company observes 4-8 vacation weeks per calendar year.
During this period:
- no 1:1 sessions are held
- group coaching is delivered as recorded material
13. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Norwegian law.
Any disagreement must first be handled through direct communication between you and the Company.
Public defamation (including social media posts) is strictly prohibited during any dispute.If a dispute arises between you as a customer and the Company, these terms include a requirement that the only arena for resolving such is communication between the parties.
At no time – before, during, or after dispute resolution – is it acceptable to engage in any behavior or communication with a third party, on social media, publicly or privately, that will result in public defamation of the Company. This applies to all of the Company’s products, whether in-person or online. It is of course fine to give your honest feedback publicly. By “dispute” means legal conflicts and how these are handled.
If the matter cannot be resolved directly, disputes may be brought before:
- the Norwegian Conciliation Board (Forliksrådet), or
- the Norwegian court system.
14. Force Majeure
If delivery is prevented by events outside reasonable control—such as illness, war, natural disasters, or global crises—obligations may be postponed, except payment obligations.
If the situation becomes long-term, the Company is released from delivery obligations.In case of serious, unforeseen events that could in no way be expected or prevented by the customer or the Company Soul Led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen, and which prevent one or both parties from fulfilling the agreement entered into, postponement of the agreement applies, except for the payment obligation.
This may, for example, concern serious illness, declaration of war, earthquakes, or other natural disasters or global crises that prevent the work from being carried out at all. The party prevented from fulfilling the agreement shall then provide the other party with sufficient information without unnecessary delay, so that the other party can get an overview of loss and consequences for their own part.
If the force majeure situation is long-term, the Company is released from its delivery and/or compensation obligation.
15. Changes to Terms
These Terms may be updated periodically.
The latest version is always available on the Company’s website.
Changes apply to future purchases or program enrollments.
