This Privacy Policy explains how Soul-Led Business Stars by Monica S. Rasmussen (owned and operated by Monica Rasmussen) collects and processes your personal data. It currently applies to the website https://monica-s-rasmussen.mykajabi.com, and will, by the end of November 2025, apply to our new main domain www.soulledbusinessstars.com.
Please read this Privacy Policy and our Terms of Use as you agree to the terms described in both by visiting our website or accessing our products and programs - free or paid.
If you do not agree with these, please do not use our website or order any of our free or paid products.

Responsible data controller
Monica Rasmussen is responsible for Soul-led Business Stars lawfully processing your personal data according to the GDPR.
Personal data that is stored
When you order a freebie or subscribe to Soul Led Business Stars newsletter, your name, email address, location and double optin consent will be stored.
When you communicate with Monica Rasmussen, owner of Soul Led Business Stars, via email, your name, email address and content of the emails will be stored.
When communicating with Soul Led Business Stars via comments or direct messages on Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, Speakpipe or Voxer, your username and contents of the comments and/or messages will be stored.
With communication over Zoom Meetings your name and email address will be stored. In some cases there will be taken notes, but only with your explicit consent given in advance.
No recordings are made of 1-1 meetings by Soul Led Business Stars.
When you order coaching sessions or chart readings via Calendly, your contact information and some payment informations will be stored in addition to the booked meeting time for live one-on-one coaching.
Soul Led Business Stars use the all-in-one system Kajabi.
This provider use built-in necessary and statistics/analytics cookies that cannot be deactivated by Soul Led Business Stars.
When visiting the website, your data will be processed as follows:
Optin: Art 6.1.b Contract (not a cookie, you must personally provide the necessary data, which is name and email address,some cases phone number)
Newsletter: Art 6.1.a Consent and Art 9.2.a Explicit consent because your data will be sent to and processed in the USA (not a cookie, you must personally give your active consent as described on the opt-in page and/or the double opt-in email)
Analytics of customers/visitors movements and behaviour on our websites including podcast on Spotify and YouTube: Art 6.1.f Legitimate interest for insights into and analytics of customer behaviour and market research.
For podcasts hosted on Substack, Substack's own privacy policy also applies in addition to this one.
The last mentioned are collected by built in statistics/analytics cookies in Kajabi and cannot be disabled by Soul Led Business Stars.
Downloadable documents is shared in Google Docs which according to Google is stored
within EU/EEA since European users of Google are in contract with Google Ireland.
If you use Apple Mail, you can choose to activate Apple Mail Privacy Protection so that data such as your IP address, location and activity in emails are not registered in our systems.

Purpose of processing
Your data are processed to first and foremost meet the contract or agreement between you and Soul Led Business Stars, to have documented consent that you agree to receive newsletters and for giving you the follow up you require and consent to via email, social media and/or online meetings on Zoom.
The data is also processed to book coaching meetings on Zoom and perform transactions when you order products/programs/services.
Soul-Led Business Stars will also do analytics of websites and emails as well as give access to programs/products and follow up each participant`s progress in courses/programs.
Kajabi has built in cookies for analyzing customers/visitors behaviour on our websites and in our emails in addition to giving access to the websites content and track progress in programs you participate in.
YouTube and all social media platforms used by Soulled Business Stars also have built in analytics.
The purpose of this processing is to make more of the kind of content our audience/customers are most interested in and give the best possible follow-up to each individual customer.
Data of minors
Soul-led Business Stars does not knowingly process data of any person below the age of 18 years.
If Soul-led Business Stars is made aware that such processing has taken place, the data in question will be deleted from all systems used by the company.
Lawful basis of processing
Name, email address,phone number and content of email communication between you and Soul Led Business Stars are data processed according to Art 6.1.b Contract in the GDPR.
Name and email address when ordering a freebie is processed in compliance with Art 6.1.b Contract in the GDPR.
Location, time of subscription and documented consent via double opt-in are data processed in compliance with Art 6.1.f Legitimate interest to document your order of freebee and active consent to receive newsletters.
Name and email address processed to send newsletters are in compliance with Art 6.1.a Consent.
Name, username and content in comments and/or direct messages in social media are processed in compliance with Art 6.1.a Consent.
The company will never ask any customer to register an account in any social media platform, therefore it will be seen as consent when the customer already has an active account in the social media in question and actively comments on posts and/or send direct messages to the company via these.
Name, email address and content of conversations on Zoom online meetings are data processed according to Art 6.1.a and 9.2.b Explicit consent in the GDPR.
Contact- and payment information collected at the time of coaching ordered via Calendly and payment is connected to Stripe and are processed according to Art 6.1.b Contract in the GDPR.
Data collected in Kajabi will be processed on the following legal basis:

All transactional data is stored in Stripe, our accounting program and bank for at least 5 years according to norwegian bookkeeping laws.
How personal data is collected
We collect the data you give on our websites, via email communication, social media comments and direct messages, and in online Zoom meetings.
Please notice that this privacy policy is based on the data processing of Soul Led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen ONLY.
The systems/programs in use by Soul Led Business Stars might be collecting other types of data that Soul Led Business Stars does not and neither has access to or insight into.

Soul-led Business Stars will not sell, share, transfer or in any other way disclose your personal data without your consent unless we are required to do so by law.
In order to fulfill our obligations in contract and agreement with you we share your data with our sub processors who are as follows:
Domeneshop is based in Norway and have Standard Contractual Clauses contracts with each of their sub-processors.
Meta who owns Facebook, Instagram and Messenger is based in the USA and has a European office in Irland whom users from the EU/EEA have a contract with.
Soul-led Business Stars only communicates with people who already has a profile on these social media and is not responsible in any way for how Meta processes their data.
Zoom is also based in the USA. Soulled Business Stars has a DPA with Zoom, and does not record any one-on-one coaching meetings.
You as a customer are welcome to record the meeting yourself, with the absolute condition that none of the agreements in this privacy policy and terms are violated.
Calendly, Stripe and Kajabi is also based in the USA, and Soul Led Business Stars has a DPA with all of these.
All contact made via social media, including podcast and voice messaging, and contact made via Voxer from members of our membership portal is processed based on informed consent by each individual listener/follower/customer.
Planned deletion of data
All communication between you and Soul-led Business Stars via email or direct messages via social media including Speakpipe and Voxer will be stored up to 3 years after last contact or at your request for deletion.
The exception is if Soul-Led Business Stars are legally bound to store the communication, for example in the event the content is to serve as evidence in a criminal or other form of court case.
Comments you leave on social media posts by Soul-Led Business Stars will not be deleted by the company unless the comment is clearly inappropriate or illegal. You may choose to delete your own comments.
When you participate in a one-on-one Zoom meeting as part of the services of Soul-Led Business Stars, the company will never record this meeting.
Any notes taken will be with your full consent, and these will be stored until they are no longer necessary to deliver the follow up you request.
You will be sent any information written about you before the notes are destroyed in the company`s systems.
Information collected at the time of booking of coaching via Calendly and payment via Stripe, plus data collected during participation in courses/programs via Kajabi will be stored for at least 5 years to comply with Norwegian bookkeeping laws.
Kajabi Analytics and analytics made by social media we are active on are automatically renewed each month and cannot be turned off by Soul-Led Business Stars.
Other data collected from individual participants in Kajabi as described in this privacy policy will be deleted 3 years after the last communication between us and the registered or at the registered request.

Security
Your personal data is secured by restricted physical and digital access and encryption.
We also have DPA with all our data processors like Domeneshop, Calendly, Stripe, Zoom and Kajabi in addition to data breach policies as advised by the Norwegian data protection authorities.
Soul-led Business Stars by Monica Rasmussen is bound by duty of confidentiality during and after all contact with customers/followers/subscribers by email, direct messages via social media and Zoom meetings.
