I am a Norwegian who has always loved the Summer & the Beach. It makes me feel alive. Since my teenage years, I've dreamt about “living” in a bikini all year round, a dream that began when I was a teenager watching Miami Vice (I'm an 80`s teen).

However, I didn't always feel comfortable in my own skin. I struggled to achieve the physical results I desired until a huge lightbulb moment of breakthrough in astrology school in 2010. I realized I could use astrology to break free from limiting mindsets and emotional patterns around fitness and food, unlocking my ultimate health potential! This realization transformed not only my health but every aspect of my life, from personal to business in the upcoming years.

With over 12 years of experience as a professional astrologer, specializing in identity and mindset patterns to support physical body transformation-and mindset shifts.

I even wrote a book about how astrology changed and impacted my life.

The result

I placed 3rd in a BodyFitness competition using astrology as my secret weapon ,along with over 12 years as a personal and online trainer, with focus on strength training and embodiment-I did it!

I finally understood that the same principles applied to business as to fitness. I needed to embody my CEO version before I became her.

So, I decided to embrace all aspects of myself: The personal trainer, the hairdresser, the makeup artist, and the astrologer. With over two decades of experience, I've combined everything I love and excel at into Cosmic Glow Up School for body, mind, and looks. I love combining depth with aesthetics and everything beautiful from the inside out.

And here I am - The Ultimate Cosmic Glow Up Vision was born throgh my Membership Cosmic Glow Up School.

I am now stronger than ever, from the inside out!

I also work as a personal trainer at one of Europe's largest gyms, an aligned job that I manifested!

My Story

After being a hairdresser and makeup artist for over two decades, health and beauty have always been important to me.

Always dedicated to creating personal style based on face shape, personality, and skin tone, all custom-tailored to the client. (Secretly, I’ve always used astrology as the foundational blueprint for each look.)

Health became even more significant after experiencing several burnouts in the industry, specifically strength training helped a lot.

It changed my physique, business mentality, and life when I combined it with the knowledge of myself seen through my astrological blueprint.

Suddenly, everything made so much sense! I transitioned from thinking I was inconsistent and undisciplined when it came to health, fitness, and business, to realizing my full potential and breaking free from the limiting stories my mind told me. I even overcame the emotional "fits" that made me believe, "This is just the way I am."

Astrology, alongside quantum physics principles, helped me understand that I was generating those emotional loops with food and fitness because of my thought patterns. I even developed my own astrology method to spot these patterns!
