I went from being a party girl working in a fish factory in Northern Norway to Hollywood Make‑Up School,and to placing 3rd in BodyFitness, and building my online business in 2018.

But before that, I struggled.
I partied a lot, felt uncomfortable in my own skin, and kept falling into the same loop of starting and stopping fitness, emotional eating, and trying every plan out there.

Nothing lasted because my identity patterns were holding me back.
Everything changed in astrology school in 2010.

I discovered how to use astrology to understand my emotional patterns, break my inconsistency cycle, and step into the identity I needed. That shift helped me transform my body and place 3rd in a fitness competition. I even wrote a book, Cosmic Co-Creator!

With 22+ years as a hairdresser and 16+ years as a makeup artist, I combine fitness, astrology, identity work, and beauty to help women glow from the inside out on stage.

Today, I help soul‑led female entrepreneurs get fit, stay consistent through busy seasons, and feel confident on stage and on camera in my program Cosmic Glow Up School.

I blend the wisdom of the stars, strength training, and Hollywood beauty skills to help you look HOT and feel powerful in body, mind, looks and your presence on stage.
