For over two decades I've helped ambitious women break their patterns and step into who they were always meant to be — in body, mind and looks.

But I didn't learn this from a book. I stepped onto a stage to be judged publicly, to confront my own self-image, and used my own chart to see my patterns clearly for the first time, and break them.
