Terms & Conditions – Cosmic Glow Up Kickstart (Testimonial Offer)

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions apply to you as a participation in the Cosmic Glow Up Kickstart (the “Program”) offered by Soul Led Business Stars By Monica S. Rasmussen hosted on the  https://monica-s-rasmussen.mykajabi.com/ website. By applying and making payment, you agree to the following.

2. Program Details

The Program includes three (3) private Zoom sessions covering mindset, fitness lifestyle habits, and beauty/style expression through your astrological blueprint.

Sessions are delivered live via Zoom at times agreed between you and the coach at the same time each week, most commonly on Wednesdays. 

This is a testimonial-based discounted offer. The normal program value is NOK 7,000/692 dollars. You are receiving this at the founding price of NOK 3200/314 dollars to pay in full, in exchange for providing a 2 minute video testimonial.* The amount may vary slightly due to the currency of the dollar/NOK.

3. Testimonial Requirement

You agree to provide a 2 minute video testimonial within 48 hours after the final session 

Your testimonial may be used on websites, social media, marketing material,ads  and other promotional platforms hosted by Soul Led Business Stars By Monica S. Rasmussen

4. Payment & Refunds

Payment is due in full at the time of application before the program begins.

This offer is non-refundable due to the highly personalized nature of the sessions.

Right of Withdrawal
You have a 7-day right of withdrawal for online purchases. By starting the coaching sessions or accessing digital materials within this period, you acknowledge and agree that the right of withdrawal is waived once the service has begun.

5. Client Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate birth details (date, time, and place of birth) for preparation 5 days before the program begins.

You are responsible for having access to Zoom and attending sessions on time. Add them in your calendar ahead of time.  If you miss a session you will not be able to attend later.No refunds on missed sessions.

Rescheduling of the time is allowed with at least 24 hours’ notice. It cannot be changed to a different day due to the set up of the program and the launch dates.

6. Confidentiality & Privacy

Your personal information, including birth data, will be treated with respect and used only for the purpose of this Program. You are allowed to record the session as long as the recording is only for personal use.

7. Limitations

This Program is a transformational kickstart, not a substitute for medical, psychological, or financial advice.

Results may vary depending on your personal commitment and follow-through. This is how ever a kickstart. You cannot expect any physical results after 3 sessions.

8. Deadlines

Applications must be submitted no later than Dec 1st 2025, 12:00 PM (midday, Oslo time).

Sessions must be scheduled  within 24 hours of acceptance for the upcoming three weeks, and completed by the end of the testimonial round.

All custom personalized roadmaps will be delivered within one week after each session,one at a time.

9. Force majeure

In the event of serious, unforeseen events that in no way could have been expected or hindered by the customer or the company, and that prevents one or both parties to fulfill the agreement that is made, then the agreement will be postponed. Payment must still be done by the customer. This can be in the event of serious illness, war, earthquake or other natural or global crisis that prevents the agreement to be fulfilled at all. The party who is prevented from fulfilling the agreement will give the other party sufficient information without unnecessary delay so that the other party can calculate their losses, consequences and costs. If the force majeure situation is prolonged, the company is dismissed from its duty of delivery and/or liability.

These terms and conditions, your acceptance of these and the company`s relationship with you, including any demands, legal questions or any other questions that rise from or in connection with these will be governed and interpreted according to Norwegian laws and the EU/EEA GDPR. 

The English version of these terms are to be seen as guiding while the Norwegian version is the true legal document as the company is based in Norway.

Changes:

These terms may be modified from time to time. Changes to the terms apply only to products initiated after the revised version has been published on our website.
