You wake slowly.

No alarm. No inbox. No one needing anything from you.

You come downstairs into the Spanish sunlight with your coffee and you sit. That's it. That's the whole instruction.

We pull cards. We tune into the body, into intuition, into what's actually here this morning — before the day asks anything of you.

Intuition before the day begins. Every single morning.

Then we strength train.

By the pool or down on the sand, before the sun gets too warm.

This is not yoga or a gentle stretch class. I will challenge you — physically and mentally. Because the woman who walks onto a stage owning the room is built in exactly these moments, when it's hard and you keep going anyway.

You will surprise yourself. Most women do by day three.

Then you rest.

Actually rest. Sun on your skin. Water. Nothing to do. Breakfast outside.

Long table, good food, everything prepared for you. Nobody cooking, nobody clearing, nobody thinking about what's for the next meal. Everything ready for you to enjoy. Delicious healthy foods, all dietary needs met.

Then — me time.

This is the part most retreats forget, and the part I refuse to leave out.

Space to sit and just be. Not interacting. Not performing. Not keeping the energy up for anyone.

Just intriguing conversations with likeminded outside of the box women who get you. Who think as big as you. Dream as big as you. Who have a bold message they want to deliver into the world.

For these hours, you can be just fully yourself. No guard up because you are surrounded by women who get you. Who want to get fit, look good and feel ignited, with no judgement or shame.

Then go to your room. Walk to the water. Sleep. Write. Then we gather for a beautiful lunch together and some rest before the powerful astrology circle, where we go deep.

The circle.

Four afternoons, twelve women, one circle.

This is where it gets deep.

We work through your chart and my methodology — how your thinking creates your feelings, how your feelings harden into beliefs, and how those beliefs have been quietly creating your body and making you hold back for years speaking on stages, on camera in social media and in life.

I take you through meditation and visualisation. Not gentle background-music meditation. The kind where you see the pattern for the first time through astrology and cannot unsee it.

This is where women get the breakthrough — and the confirmation. The moment where your personality type, your chart, your whole way of being finally makes sense. Where you stop thinking something is wrong with you and realise you have simply been running a pattern.

Patterns can be broken, so you can finally be fully yourself in body, mind and looks. That's what these four days are for.

The last two days — the beauty work.

This comes at the end on purpose.

Because by then the inside has already started shifting. The outside is just catching up with strength training.

Your look, designed from your astrological blueprint and your face. Hair, makeup, the whole aesthetic — not a trend, not what everyone else is doing. Yours.

And then the Ignite Content Capture Day where we will take photos of each other, so you leave with images of the woman you became here. Not the one who arrived.

Dinner, and then the evenings.

Twelve women around one table under the stars. Wine if you want it. Long conversations that go somewhere real.

No programme. No agenda. Because the best things always happen in the unstructured hours — and by day four you won't want to go to bed.
